In addition to the 9 rooms in The Tamarind, there are a further 6 rooms in the adjacent property known as Villa Buraran; which can also be rented out for an additional THB 18,000 (or THB 3,000 per room if you do not mind sharing with other guests

16 full-time staff (including cook/s and driver/s)
3 Vehicles (including 13-seater Toyota Commuter van)
Exclusive use of all the facilities (Swimming pool, flood-lit tennis court, fully-equipped gymnasium, massage sala, cinema room, office, petanque pit, pool table, ping-pong table)
Breakfast (for rentals of one week or more)
1 x Airport transfers in 13-seater Toyota Commuter van (for rentals of one week or more)

Toyota Fortuner and Toyota Hilux pick-up (locally) = THB 17.50 per kilometre
(the above transportation charges include gasoline, tolls and driver/s between 8am and 6pm. If you require driver/s in the evening or early morning there will be a THB 100 per hour additional supplement, but this supplement does not apply to airport transfers)
Massages: THB 600 per hour
Laundry: THB 25 per item
Service by staff after 10pm: Over-time of 100 THB/staff/hour
Notes:-
A THB 30,000 security deposit is required with the reservation. This will be refunded on the morning of departure minus any costs for damages, food, drinks, massages etc.
